Asfiya Retreat
The Asfiya Retreat is a stunning new development which was completed in May 2011 by one of Kalkan's foremost developers, the Aykan Group. Asfiya Retreat is located next to the Rhapsody Hotel, just off the Kalamar Road, and is a 10 minute walk to the Old Town with all the shops, bars and many restaurants of Kalkan.
Asfiya Retreat comprises 13 self-contained apartments which are 2 or 3 bedroomed. Some of the apartments have private pools, all have their own balconies or roof terraces. Each of the apartments are fully furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style.
All of the apartments have the use of the main pool (which is 1.5 metres deep) and sun terrace with loungers and parasols, which offers plenty of space for relaxation and sunbathing.

All apartments include the facilities of WiFi internet access, a flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player,a MP3/iPod docking station with speakers, a safety deposit box and hairdryers.
Each apartment provides the signature Truffle amenities:

The apartments have a small clean and bedding/towels change mid week, with a bigger clean and bedding/towel change at the end of each week.

A three bedroomed duplex apartment arranged over two floors, on the ground and first floor. All the rooms have air-conditioning units.
The entrance door opens into a spacious open-plan room comprising lounge, dining area and open plan kitchen. A separate cloakroom is also located on this floor.
The fully fitted kitchen features travertine worktops and integrated appliances including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood, microwave and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided.

Leylek
Leylek (Sleeps up to 4)
Apartment Leylek is a superb 2 bedroomed duplex apartment on the ground and first floors, at the corner of the development. It has its own private sun terrace and swimming pool with limited views of Kalkan harbour, but it also has use of the communal terraces and swimming pool of Asfiya Retreat.
The apartment is spacious and has been furnished to a high standard throughout. With a number of finishing touches that give it individuality and charm.
The apartment has a private outside dining area and BBQ, with its own loungers with parasol. Access to the private pool is by way of a stepped pool ladder and is 1.15m deep.
On the ground floor, with patio door access to the sun terrace and pool, is an open plan fully fitted modern kitchen (including fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher), a dining area for up to 6 guests and lounge area. There is a separate downstairs cloakroom.
