Local time is 2 hours ahead of UK time.
Dalaman is the nearest airport to Kalkan and a number of chartered and scheduled airlines fly there. The transfer time to Kalkan is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.
You can also fly to Anatalya however the transfer time is around 3 hours 30 minutes.
Flight times to Dalaman are approximately 4 hours from the UK.

Visa's
Visas
With effect from 1 February 2012, the tourist visa rules change.
British and Irish passport holders have to obtain a tourist visa on arrival at Dalaman Airport. It is valid for multiple entries for 90 days within a 180 day period. A stay of longer than 90 days will require the holder to apply for and obtain residency.
Before you go through passport control, you have to obtain your visa from the separate visa desk (which is located to the right of passport control). The cost is £10 per person which you must pay in sterling cash. Other nationality passport holders please refer to the Turkish Consulate website: www.turkishconsulate.org.uk/en/visa.htm#touristvisa1
All nationalities must have at least 6 months validity left on their passport from the date they arrive in Turkey.
Airport Transfer
Airport Transfer
Dalaman airport is approximately 105 minutes from Kalkan and Anatalya is approximately 3 to 3 ½ hours away.
Transfers can be arranged for you by Truffle with our local partner to suit your requirements on either a private transfer arrangement or on a private transfer and car hire combined arrangement.
Private Transfer
You and your luggage will be collected from the airport and driven to Kalkan. At the end of your holiday you will be collected and driven back to the airport in time to check in for your flight home. You will leave Kalkan approximately 4 hours before the scheduled time of your flight home.
If required, a one way transfer is available including if you require collecting from or taking to another location, either before or after your stay with us at Truffle. Transfers can be arranged for any number of guests. All vehicles are air-conditioned.
A minibus is used for a party of more than 3 persons.
Private transfer + Car Hire
This is a combination of airport transfer and car hire. The driver will collect you from the airport in your hire car and drive you to Kalkan. The car will be left with you for the duration of your stay, then on the day of departure the driver will return and drive you back to the airport.
Fuel is not included in this hire option and you will have to pay for the parking at the airport and the Gocek Tunnel fee (in local currency).
All vehicles are fully insured and air conditioned. Baby seats are available on request at no extra charge. There is unlimited mileage for the car hire element.
To hire the car each driver (minimum age of 21) must produce your passport and a full, valid British or EU driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year. If you have a new photo card licence you must also produce the original paper counterpart. Up to 2 drivers can be nominated to drive the vehicle.

Renault Symbol - up to 5 persons
Fiat Punto (auto) - up to 4 persons
Ford Fusion (diesel) - up to 5 persons

We can arrange car hire whist you are staying at a Truffle property on either a daily or weekly basis, subject to availability.
All vehicles are fully insured and air conditioned. Baby seats are available on request at no extra charge. There is unlimited mileage for the car hire element.
