For 2011 Truffle is pleased to offer the Limon Villas,  two de-luxe villas, adjacent to each other, part of a development of four  villas located in the Ortaaian area of Kalkan, above the Kalamar road (behind Bread & More). Constructed in 2010, each with a private  pool and sun terrace and having the advantage of being conveniently located near to the town centre.

The Old Town of central Kalkan is an approximate 10 minute walk downhill, with the harbour area a further 5 minutes away.

Limon Villas comprise:

Villa Verbena - 3 Bedrooms, sleeps up to 6

Villa Bergamot - 3 Bedrooms, sleeps up to 6

As the villas are adjacent to each other, they are ideal for family or friends group bookings.

Outside, each villa has a spacious sun terrace, swimming pool and outside dining area.

Internal space is equally generous, with both villas have an open plan living area and fully-fitted kitchen area downstairs and upstairs, a master bedroom (double) with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a twin bedded room and house bathroom (including bath).

Each villa includes:

Truffle’s signature facilities include:

The villas are cleaned and the laundry changed at the end of each week or following a changeover. There is also a mid-week light clean and laundry change. A limited number of cots, high chairs and stair gates are also available for an extra change. Please request these when making your booking.
