New in 2010, three substantial luxury villas, adjacent to each other, each with private infinity pools and terrace gardens in one of Kalkan's most stunning locations with panoramic sea views.
Truffle is pleased to offer the Pinara Villas, an exclusive new development of four luxury villas located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, above the Mediteran Hotel. Set on the hillside overlooking Kalkan's Old Town, the Pinara Villas have unrivalled views of the harbour directly below and panoramic sea views of Kalkan Bay. Away from the town the breeze is cooler, the area quiet and the stars clearest at night.
The Old Town of central Kalkan is an approximate 15 – 20 minute walk downhill, with the harbour area a further 5 minutes away.
Pinara Villas comprise:
Villa Jasmine - 3 Bedrooms + Studio, sleeps up to 8
Villa Tulipa - 4 Bedrooms + Studio, sleeps up to 10
Villa Sunflower - 3 Bedrooms + Studio, sleeps up to 8
Booking the Studios are an optional extra being charged at £200.00 per week for Villa Jasmine, £150.00 per week for Villa Tulipa and £250.00 per week for Villa Sunflower.
Outside, each villa has a beautiful kidney shaped infinity pool, large marble sun terraces, a pergola seating area overlooking the sea, BBQ, outside dining area and attractive landscaped gardens to the front. There is also private off road parking.
Internal space is equally generous, as all the villas have a luxurious open plan living area and spacious en suite bedrooms. Each villa has contemporary furnishings with cool marble flooring throughout. Other facilities in each villa include:
- Air conditioning and central heating
- Flat screen TV, satellite television and iPod/MP3 player and docking station
- WiFi internet access
- Safe deposit boxes
- Hair dryers
Truffle’s signature facilities include:
- Eqyptian cotton sheets, luxury Truffle Turkish towels (including beach towels), Truffle bath robes and complimentary Truffle slippers
- Complimentary exclusive Truffle toiletries made from natural products (soap, shower gel and body lotion)
- Complimentary Truffle organic cotton beach/shopping bag
- Welcome Hamper consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, bread, butter and jam
The villas are cleaned and the laundry changed at the end of each week or following a changeover. There is also a mid-week light clean and laundry change. A limited number of cots, high chairs and stair gates are also available for an extra change. Please request these when making your booking.
Please note that the Pinara Villas are not suitable for guests with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair due to stepped access.
Villa Jasmine
Villa Jasmine (3 Bedrooms + Studio, Sleeps up to 8)
The Villa can be booked without use of the Studio, so that it sleeps up to 6 persons. The Studio can be booked as an optional extra (£200.00 per week) increasing the occupancy to 8 persons.
Ground Floor
- Open plan living area including a U shaped fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with three sets of large sliding doors to the pool terrace.
- Kitchen includes built in oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
- Ground floor shower bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and basin.
First Floor
- Galleried staircase finished completely in marble and leading to a spacious landing on the first floor and 3 en-suite bedrooms.
- Master king bedroom with en suite bathroom incorporating a bath, with overhead shower, glass shower screen, recessed WC and his and her marble basins.
- Guest double bedroom with en suite bathroom incorporating a large wet room style shower, WC and washstand marble basin.
- Guest twin bedroom with en suite bathroom incorporating a shower, W C and under mounted basin.
Roof Terrace
- Roof terrace kitchenette and laundry area with washing machine and mini fridge.
Outside
- Sun terrace, BBQ and private kidney shaped infinity pool.
- Sun terrace pergola.
- Access to Studio double bedroom with en-suite bathroom incorporating shower, WC and basin.

Villa Tulipa
Villa Tulipa (4 Bedrooms + Studio, sleeps up to 10)
The villa can be booked without the use of the Studio so that it then sleeps up to 8 persons. The 'petite' Studio can be booked as an optional extra (£150.00 per week) increasing the occupancy to 10 persons.
