Description
Devine Seville is a three bedroomed apartment with its own private spa pool on the roof terrace, arranged over two floors overlooking the shared pool. All the rooms have air conditioning units.
The entrance door opens to a hallway from which there are three bedrooms; the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a balcony from which there are fabulous sea views of the bay. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets.
Upstairs there is a large open-plan room divided into a separate lounge and kitchen area with a breakfast bar. A separate WC is also located on this floor.
The fully fitted kitchen features granite work tops and integrated appliances including, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood, washing machine and microwave. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer is also provided.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, satelite and an MP3 docking station with speakers and a wood burning stove for those cooler winter evenings.
The lounge opens onto a large wrap around roof terrace with a fabulous spa pool, loungers, a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a barbeque, from which glorious views of Kalkan and the bay can be enjoyed.
The apartment is neutrally decorated, accented with chocolate brown and orange with beautiful travertine flooring throughout.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
Reviews
Said there was a BBQ but wasn’t one by our apartment. Didn’t ask but sure our host would’ve arranged it if we wanted to BBQ. Gas was empty for the cooker but was swiftly sorted.
“Perfect and still lovely” the location is very central, the apartment very well equipped, the spa pool very much needed as it was very hot. We went later this year in August and found the town busy, which was good to see. The pool area got very busy as the apartments were all full, this is something we will consider when booking again. Still another great holiday and will be back.
No shallow area/ Childrens pool
The roof terrace was amazing with your own small pool to cool off in and the views from here were stunning.
Location was perfect for exploring Kalkan.
The steps up to the property could be a problem for some but was worth it for the roof terrace.
More sun beds on the terrace would be handy.
There were small things, like no soap in the dispensers, broken potato peeler and garlic press and the bedroom lights not working but they were put right as soon as reported. I would like a decent
Bottle opener but as I said just small things.
Everything was great, no complaints.
“Great apartment, great views, great location” cannot fault the quality of the accommodation. The views are tremendous, the large balcony gave us sunbathing space, shade, a cool dip in the spa pool and a table/chairs. It is within easy reach of all the town centre restaurants, shops, supermarkets.and a 5 minute walk down to the harbour. 
The tiles around the pool were really slippery both for the children and the grown ups!!
