Description
Part of Asfiya Retreat apartments Serce is a three bedroomed duplex apartment, arranged over two floors, ground and first. All the rooms have air-conditioning units.
The entrance door opens into a spacious open-plan room comprising lounge, dining area and open plan kitchen. A separate cloakroom is also located on this floor.
The fully fitted kitchen features travertine worktops and integrated appliances including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood, microwave and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable corner seating area, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and an MP3 docking station with speakers. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. There is WiFi internet access.
There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite shower room.
The ground floor has two double patio doors which lead out to a private pool (1.5 metres deep) and terrace equipped with loungers, parasol and to which the dining table and chairs can be moved for al fresco dining. An outside BBQ is not provided at this apartment.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with contemporary ensuite shower rooms with built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets. Both bedrooms have spacious balconies to sit out on with partial sea views and of Kalkan harbour.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
