Asfiya Loft apartments comprise 14 new loft style, 2 bedroomed apartments at the Asfiya complex (site of old Asfiya Hotel and where Asfiya Apartments are located). Located on the Kalamar Road in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan.

In April, May, June and October 2025, we can accept a minimum of 3 nights bookings and in July, August and September 2025, a minimum of 5 nights bookings.

There is an on-site office/concierge service.

•  Standard Mezzanine Apartments (choice of 3)
•  Penthouse Roof Terrace Duplex Apartments with outside jacuzzi baths on the roof terraces (choice of 4)

Large communal pool. The circumference of the pool is 96m, and the depth is 1.35m.

Guests staying at Asfiya Loft apartments will get free entry to the Yali Beach Club and a 10% discount at Likya Hotel restaurant, Likya Hotel spa, MOC coffee house and Yalı Beach Club restaurant.

On site is MOC coffee house, Aqua Wellness haman and spa, a Migros store and a new Macro Center.
