Asfiya Apartments is a development of 12 apartments and some commercial units (on ground floor) converted in 3 buildings on the site of the old Asfiya Hotel on Kalamar Road. 4 of the apartments are now newly available for holiday rental in 2023. To the side and rear of the development, 16 new 2 bedroomed apartments will be completed in the 2022/23 winter.

Asfiya Apartments has a large communal pool and extensive outside pool terrace space for sun bathing. Beneath the development is a Migros Store, to satisfy all your self-catering needs.

Amber is a 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor of the “Peach Building”.

It comprises an open-plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen area, with an outside balcony with seating.

Off the internal hallway is a master bedroom (king size bed) with an ensuite shower room, a 2^nd bedroom (twin single beds) and a house bathroom.

Note: Guests staying in Amber can enjoy the facilities at Yali Beach Club at half price (excluding food and drinks).

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
