Asfiya Loft apartments comprise 16 brand new loft style, 2 bedroomed apartments at the Asfiya complex (site of old Asfiya Hotel and where Asfiya Apartments are located). Located on the Kalamar Road in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan.
Garden Duplex apartments are on the ground and first floors, and comprise 2 bedroomed accommodation totalling 85m2. There is a choice of 8 apartments.
Each apartment has a private pool as well as access to the large communal pool.
The ground floor comprises lounge area, kitchen and cloakroom.. The lounge has a single sofa bed.
On the first floor are 2 en-suite bedrooms, one a double and one with twin single beds.
Very close to Asfiya Loft, there is Yalı Beach Club, available for guests.
On site is Aqua Wellness Spa, haman and spa, a Migros store and a new Macro Center.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
