Asfiya Loft apartments comprise 14 (new in 2023) loft style, 2 bedroomed apartments at the Asfiya complex (site of old Asfiya Hotel and where Asfiya Apartments are located). Located on the Kalamar Road in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan.

Asfiya Loft apartments has an on-site office/concierge service.

Garden Duplex apartments are on the ground and first floors, and comprise 2 bedroomed accommodation totalling 85m2. There is a choice of 7 apartments.

Each apartment has a private pool as well as access to the large communal pool.

The ground floor comprises of an open plan living area with a large sofa plus a coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and sliding doors lead out to the private pool terrace with garden seating and two deck chairs. The kitchen is separate with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a cloakroom with WC and basin – some apartments have the washing machine with integral dryer within the cloakroom and some have this in a cupboard on the landing by the bedrooms.

On the first floor there are 2 en-suite bedrooms; the double bedroom is at the front of the apartment with a balcony furnished with 2 chairs and side table. The twin room is at the rear of the apartment with a private balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table.
