Asfiya Loft apartments comprise 14 (new in 2023) loft style, 2 bedroomed apartments at the Asfiya complex (site of old Asfiya Hotel and where Asfiya Apartments are located). Located on the Kalamar Road in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan.

Penthouse Roof Terrace apartments are duplex apartments on the first floor and roof terrace floor, and comprise 2 bedroomed accommodation. There is a choice of 4 apartments.

Each apartment has a jaccuzzi on the roof terrace as well as access to the large communal pool.

The Penthouse Roof Terrace apartments are duplex apartments 85m2 + 40m2 roof terrace accommodation, each comprising of 2 en-suite bedrooms. There is a choice of 3 of these apartments on the complex. On entering each apartment, the twin bedroom is on the same level with an en-suite shower room.

Stairs lead up to each apartment’s open plan living space with a large sofa, coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV.  A dining table seats 4 and the kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The double bedroom in each apartment has an en-suite shower room and sliding doors provide access the roof terrace. There is also a separate cloak room with WC, shower and a washing machine.

Each penthouse apartment has the luxury of a private Jacuzzi bath on the roof terrace, perfect for those seeking a little more privacy, as well as access to the large communal pool. Under the pergola on the roof terrace is comfortable seating and two deck chairs from which to enjoy the views.

Guests staying at Asfiya Loft apartments will get free entry to the Yali Beach Club and a 10% discount at Likya Hotel restaurant, Likya Hotel spa, MOC coffee house and Yalı Beach Club restaurant.

On site is MOC coffee house, Aqua Wellness haman and spa, a Migros store and a new Macro Center.
