Blueberry 2 apartment is stylish, modern 2 bedroom apartment with it’s own private plunge pool. One of three apartments on the same complex, the apartment has been finished to a very high standard, offers spacious accommodation and has fantastic panoramic sea views. Centrally located, opposite the Thursday market road, the apartment is just a 1-2 minute walk to the nearest amenities and a 5-10 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town.
Accommodation:
On entering the apartment there is a spacious open plan living area with separate fully equipped equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all modern appliances and everything needed for a self catering holiday. There is also a indoor dining table with chairs to seat 4.
Floor to ceiling double patio doors lead off the kitchen onto a sea view balcony. A couple of steps lead down from the kitchen into the spacious living area which is furnished with stylish sofas, coffee table, TV unit and flat-screen TV. Double patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.
The apartment has two bedrooms- a master en-suite double bedroom and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. Decorated in a cool, contemporary style, each bedroom is fully furnished and has access out onto either a private balcony or the main pool terrace.
Each bathroom has a walk in shower unit, WC and vanity unit with sink.
Exterior:
A fantastic feature of Blueberry 2 apartment is the spacious private terrace with private plunge pool. The pool is at the centre of the terrace and surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor dining table with chairs and comfortable, relaxed seating. The views from this terrace are fantastic, looking down over the town and bay.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
