Bohemian Raspberry

Description

Bohemian Raspberry is a two bedroomed apartment arranged over two floors. All the rooms have air conditioning units.

The entrance door opens into a large open-plan room divided into a separate lounge and kitchen area with a breakfast bar. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

The fully fitted kitchen features granite work tops and integrated appliances including, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer is also provided.

The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV and an MP3 docking station with speakers.

The lounge opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. This immediately leads onto the shared pool and poolside area.

Upstairs there are two double rooms (one king and one twin) both have ensuite bathrooms with built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets and balconies to sit out on. The main bedroom has fabulous sea views of the bay.

The apartment is neutrally decorated, accented with chocolate brown and red with beautiful travertine flooring throughout.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. Please send us an enquiry for further details.

We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.

4 star rating“Another stress free stay” This is the 3rd time we have stayed in Kalkan at a Truffle residence and as usual we were very well looked after by Nigel, the accommodation had every amenity we required and it felt like we had a private pool the majority of the time. The only personal downside was that I like a soft mattress and they do tend to be a bit on the hard side, but that is a personal preference and wouldn't put me off. Location is very central to all of the lovely restaurant available in the old town -- we will be back.

5 star rating“Lovely apartment” Nigel was the perfect host helping us with all the details of our stay from the transfer from the apartment to meeting us at on arrival etc. The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean and well equipped. It is perfectly situated to walk straight into the start of the old town, is round the corner from butchers and bakers and a short uphill walk takes you to the market. It’s a short downhill walk to to the harbour to get water taxis to the beach clubs but a longer climb back up again! The pool was clean and perfect for cooling off in, and the air conditioning worked well to cool us down at night. It was quiet and peaceful we weren’t disturbed by any noise at night. Thank you Nigel for providing the perfect base for a wonderful holiday.

Perfect villa in a fabulous location . Excellent location for the old town and harbour, well laid out and nicely decorated. Well equipped and very clean. Useful information and helpful host. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We had a most wonderful time. Enjoyed every minute. The views.Loved having our own little pool as well as the big pool, that has the most comfortable sun beds. The apartment was kept nice and cool with efficient air conditioning. Oh and proper wine glasses. The location was perfect.
There were small things, like no soap in the dispensers, broken potato peeler and garlic press and the bedroom lights not working but they were put right as soon as reported. I would like a decent
Bottle opener but as I said just small things.

Great apartment central with plenty of amenities Great central Location. The welcome pack supplied was excellent. Lovely garden area to sit in with plenty of flowers by pool.

Very pleasant accommodation close to the action. Spacious and a cool retreat from the sun. Right next to the town so easy to walk to restaurants and harbour. Didn’t really see other people from the other apartments so had pool to ourselves most of the time.
Said there was a BBQ but wasn’t one by our apartment. Didn’t ask but sure our host would’ve arranged it if we wanted to BBQ. Gas was empty for the cooker but was swiftly sorted.
