Chocolate Blues

Description

Chocolate Blues is a three bedroomed apartment with its own private spa pool, arranged over two floors overlooking the shared pool. All the rooms have air conditioning units.The entrance door opens to a hallway from which there are three bedrooms; the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a balcony from which there are fabulous sea views of the bay. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets.

Upstairs there is a large open-plan room divided into a separate lounge and kitchen area with a breakfast bar. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

The fully fitted kitchen features granite work tops and integrated appliances including, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine and microwave. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer is also provided.

The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, an MP3 docking station with speakers and a wood burning stove for those cooler winter evenings.

The lounge opens onto a large wrap around roof terrace with a fabulous spa pool, loungers, a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a barbeque, from which glorious views of Kalkan and the bay can be enjoyed.

The apartment is neutrally decorated, accented with chocolate brown and blue with beautiful travertine flooring throughout.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. Please send us an enquiry for further details.

We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.

Reviews

A perfect apt for our family of two adults and two children aged 12 and 15. We loved how close the apt was to the town and how easy it was to get around. The facilities were great for a summer holiday - not high end but great quality and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was a decent quality which we appreciated. The apt is a little dated in terms of decor but so well equipped and easy to be in. We felt it offered good value and was ideal for our requirements. The gardener was especially friendly and helpful despite speaking almost no English! We would certainly consider using again if we came back to Kalkan. Nigel was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. A great stay - thank you.

“Fantastic apartment” A fantastic apartment, beautiful decorated and in a great location right next to the old town. We booked last minute and the service we received was excellent as always. Would highly recommend booking with Truffle.

A beautiful apartment Located in a beautiful town, we couldn’t have asked for more ??? The location was fabulous, the quality of the apartment was excellent, all mod cons and beautifully decorated.
The tiles around the pool were really slippery both for the children and the grown ups!!

Very pleasant accommodation close to the action. Spacious and a cool retreat from the sun. Right next to the town so easy to walk to restaurants and harbour. Didn’t really see other people from the other apartments so had pool to ourselves most of the time.
Said there was a BBQ but wasn’t one by our apartment. Didn’t ask but sure our host would’ve arranged it if we wanted to BBQ. Gas was empty for the cooker but was swiftly sorted.

“Fanstastic Apartments in Excellent Location” Have visited Kalkan many times over the past 5 years, and have always stayed in Hotels, however this time thought we would try something different, and what a pleasant surprise.
The apartments are fantastic, well kept and maintained, and in such a good location. Our Seville Devine apartment did not lack one thing, and the welcome pack on arrival was such perfect to instantly relax and not have to run out for provisions.
Nigel was a perfect host, he met us and explained everything, and was hands on throughout our stay.
Would highly recommend the apartments and would definitely re visit.

Superb
The roof terrace was amazing with your own small pool to cool off in and the views from here were stunning.
Location was perfect for exploring Kalkan.

The steps up to the property could be a problem for some but was worth it for the roof terrace.
More sun beds on the terrace would be handy.

We had a most wonderful time. Enjoyed every minute. The views.Loved having our own little pool as well as the big pool, that has the most comfortable sun beds. The apartment was kept nice and cool with efficient air conditioning. Oh and proper wine glasses. The location was perfect.
There were small things, like no soap in the dispensers, broken potato peeler and garlic press and the bedroom lights not working but they were put right as soon as reported. I would like a decent
Bottle opener but as I said just small things.
