Description
Cool Mint is a two bedroomed apartment in Kalkan arranged over two floors. All the rooms have air-conditioning units.
The entrance door opens into a large open-plan room divided into a separate lounge and kitchen area with a breakfast bar. A separate WC is also located on this floor.
The fully fitted kitchen features granite work tops and integrated appliances including, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer is also provided.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, satellite and an MP3 docking station with speakers.
The lounge opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. This immediately leads onto the shared pool and poolside area.
Upstairs there are two double rooms (one king double and one twin single) both have ensuite bathrooms with built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets and balconies to sit out on. The main bedroom has fabulous sea views of Kalkan Bay and the Turkish Turquoise Coast.
This Kalkan apartment is neutrally decorated, accented with chocolate brown and green with beautiful travertine flooring throughout.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
