A three bedroomed apartment with its own private spa pool, arranged over two floors overlooking the shared pool. All the rooms have air conditioning units.
The entrance door opens to a hallway from which there are three bedrooms; the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a balcony from which there are fabulous sea views of the bay. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets.
Upstairs there is a large open-plan room divided into a separate lounge and kitchen area with a breakfast bar. A separate WC is also located on this floor.
The fully fitted kitchen features granite work tops and integrated appliances including, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood, washing machine and microwave. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer is also provided.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, satelite and an MP3 docking station with speakers and a wood burning stove for those cooler winter evenings.
The lounge opens onto a large wrap around roof terrace with a fabulous spa pool, loungers, a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a barbeque, from which glorious views of Kalkan and the bay can be enjoyed.
The apartment is neutrally decorated, accented with chocolate brown and orange with beautiful travertine flooring throughout.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
