Kalkan Suites
Description
Situated in the heart of Kalkan, Kalkan Suites offers eight 1-bedroom apartments with a private balcony and free WiFi access. Facilities include an communal outdoor pool, 24 hour reception and a Coffee Shop.
Kalkan’s town centre is just a 5-minute walk from Kalkan Suites, and Kalkan’s harbour is a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is available on site.
Each apartment comprises:
- Open plan living, dining + kitchen area (the sofa in the living area converts to a bed to accommodate a 3rd guest if required – an additional bed can also be added for a 4th guest but this will be chargeable. (please note that this additional bed is suitable for children onlly. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator, as well as a stove and kitchenware.

- Flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
The eight suites comprise:
Suite 101 – sea view and a terrace area
Suite 102 – obscured sea view and a terrace area
Suite 103 – pool view and a small terrace area
Suite 201 – dual aspect with sea view plus a wrap-around balcony
Suite 202 – dual aspect with a balcony with partial sea view and a balcony with pool view
Suite 203 – balcony with pool view
Suite 301 – large terrace-style balcony with sea views
Suite 302 – large terrace-style balcony with sea views
Daily maid service provided. Linen + towels changed weekly (ie – during a 2 week stay, linen + towels will be changed once in the middle of your stay). Pool towels are provided for guests.

Booking Terms and Contitions
You acknowledge that by making a booking, you are bound by our terms and conditions. Please read them here: Booking terms and conditions (Opens in a new window).
A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
