This apartment is in a corner location with patio doors from the open plan living areas leading out onto a wrap around balcony which has loungers and an outside dining area. The balcony benefits from harbour views.
The fully fitted kitchen features travertine worktops and integrated appliances including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood, microwave and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and an MP3 docking station with speakers. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. There is the availability of WiFi internet access.
There are two bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets. The main king size bedroom has an ensuite shower room, there is a patio door which opens on to a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom is twin bedded.
There is also a house bathroom, which has a large corner shower, off the hallway.
The apartment is neutrally decorated with cool travertine tiling throughout.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
