The fully fitted kitchen features travertine worktops and integrated appliances including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood, microwave and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and an MP3 docking station with speakers. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. There is the availability of WiFi internet access.
There is a twin bedroom on this floor with partial sea views.
The open plan living area has patio doors which lead out onto a balcony equipped with table and chairs.
Upstairs there is a large king size bedroom with a large ensuite shower room with built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets. The main bedroom has a patio door which leads out onto a spacious roof terrace with loungers and great sea views from this elevated position.
The apartment is neutrally decorated with cool travertine tiling throughout.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
