Maidan Villas comprise 2 luxury 3 bedroomed (all ensuite) villas being completed in the winter of 2022/23. The villas are finished to an exceptionally high standard of style, taste and quality.
Located immediately above the D400 road, and are a 5 minute walk to the top walkway over the D400, and a further 10/15 minute walk downhill into Kalkan town.
In Maidan Villa A, the ground floor leads through floor to ceiling glass sliding doors onto the sun terrace and pool area. Outside is a shaded seating and dining area with sun loungers and parasols around the pool.
The ground floor comprises a luxurious lounge area adjacent to a fully equipped, modern kitchen area with a breakfast bar, and dining seating for 6 guests.. To the rear is a cloakroom, cupboard storage and a laundry room with a washing m/c and dryer.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 3 ensuite bedrooms, all with double beds, however one of the double beds can be split into twin single beds. The two front bedrooms each have a balcony with seating to admire the superb sea views.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
