Description
Mellow Mocca is a two bedroomed apartment in Kalkan’s Truffle Residences, arranged over two floors. All the rooms have air conditioning units.
The entrance door opens into an open-plan room divided into a separate lounge and kitchen area with a breakfast bar. A separate WC is also located on this floor.
The fully fitted kitchen features granite work tops and integrated appliances including, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer is also provided.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, satelite and an MP3 docking station with speakers.
The lounge opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. This immediately leads onto the shared pool and poolside area.
Upstairs there are two double rooms (one king and one twin) both have ensuite bathrooms with built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets. The main bedroom has a balcony to sit on with fabulous sea views of Kalkan Bay.
The apartment is neutrally decorated, accented with chocolate brown and coffee with beautiful travertine flooring throughout.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.

The roof terrace was amazing with your own small pool to cool off in and the views from here were stunning.
Location was perfect for exploring Kalkan.
The steps up to the property could be a problem for some but was worth it for the roof terrace.
More sun beds on the terrace would be handy.

“Excellent accommodation in prime location” Stayed at Mellow Mocca in the Truffle Residence The apartment was excellent great decor, comfy sun beds and owners provided a superb welcome pack, which was appreciated as we had a late arrival. The location was just on the edge of town with easy access to local supermarkets and bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.
The tiles around the pool were really slippery both for the children and the grown ups!!
“A fantastic stay at Truffle Mellow Mocca Kalkan” The location of the Truffle apartments in Kalkan is brilliant. 5 minutes into the fantastic old town full of restaurants and bars, 10 minutes down to the harbour. The apartments are very looked after and have nice touches with the welcome pack, toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers. The swimming pool is brilliant for cooling off in the sun and heat of the day with really comfortable loungers.Would highly recommend for those wanting to holiday in excellent accommodation and in a holiday resort that prides itself on a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Truffle residencies are the best for location and quality.
No shallow area/ Childrens pool
“20 seconds to the old town” located just above the old town the Property forms one of five apartments within a larger building. clean accommodation split over two levels with ground floor access to a terrace and pool. All amenities within a couple of minutes and despite its proximity to the town it is relatively quiet. Good location.
