Safak is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, first floor apartment located at LaVanta. It has recently undergone a complete remodelling and is now furnished and fitted out in a contemporary style.
It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday in this stylish apartment.
The open plan living area comprises a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you would expect in a holiday home. There is a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and toaster. The dining area has a dining table which seats 6 and a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living area. There is a brand new sofa bed which can extend the guest capacity if required.
To the front of the living area is a small private balcony with a small table and seating for 2. A perfect location to enjoy a coffee and enjoy the view. The patio doors let in plenty of light and these open onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and Kalkan bay. The terrace is furnished with 2 sun loungers for relaxing and a small seating area where you can have drinks
The master bedroom has a brand new ensuite shower room, a king size double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It opens via glass doors onto the terrace with stunning sea and mountain views.
The newly appointed twin bedroom also opens onto the terrace and enjoys wonderful sea views. The beds can be used as twins or as a double. There is a tiled shower room with a heated towel rail and beautiful marble mosaic flooring, and there is a further storage area.
Apartment Safak is fully air-conditioned, with mosquito nets on all windows and is in a great location; in close proximity to the large communal pool. Parking is available outside the apartment.
The 25 metre communal infinity swimming pool offers plenty of terrace space for guests and enjoys sun all day and late into the evening. A poolside bar service will deliver a refreshing drink and the clubhouse restaurant, serving an excellent menu, is just a few steps away.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
