Shiva is a luxury 2 bedroomed apartment, located just above the Kalamar Road. The duplex apartment has its own private pool and two terraces.

It’s situated in a small development of 5 apartments (each with private pool) and the centre of Kalkan is a 7 minute walk away.

The accommodation is as follows:

Ground Floor:

The apartment’s entrance leads to spacious and airy open plan living area with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The décor is modern throughout.

The contemporary kitchen has a breakfast bar and all the modern appliances, including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine and microwave. The kitchen is completed with black granite work surfaces.

Full length sliding doors open out onto a private pool terrace where you will find a shaded dining area. The terrace is furnished with ample sun loungers and bean bags.

Lower Ground Floor:

A floating wooden staircase will take you to the lower ground floor where there are 2 en-suite bedrooms and a furnished lower terrace garden which is accessed by both bedrooms.

The very large master bedroom (with en-suite) contains a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, a comfortable chair and a dressing table. It leads directly to the lower terrace garden area, which is furnished with a circular stone seating area, mini fridge and bean bags. This is a little oasis set within a private fenced garden where you can enjoy some peace and quiet in the shade with your drink in the evening or with your favourite book during the day.

The second guest bedroom (with en-suite) is a twin single or double and this also has access to the lower terrace.

There is a separate w.c. on this floor.

A welcome pack and pool/beach towels are provided. A full clean and linen and towel change will also be provided at the end of the first week.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
