These residences, which are approximately 65 m² in size, have 1 master bedroom, 1 room with 2 single beds, a living room with an open plan kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom with shower. Residences have views of orange and lemon trees. There are facilities such as kitchen, mini fridge, electric stove, hair dryer, large modern sofa, single armchair, coffee table, balcony table and chairs, dressing table, free hygiene materials, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi.

Booking Terms and Contitions
You acknowledge that by making a booking, you are bound by our terms and conditions. Please read them here: Booking terms and conditions (Opens in a new window).
A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
