Stone House
This 2-bedroom apartment, which looks like a stone villa with its Kalkan-specific architecture, is 75 m² in size. Both rooms have their own bathroom. A magnificent view of Kalamar Bay can be enjoyed from the master bedroom and balcony. It is a privileged apartment with a kitchenette, dining table, modern living room, wooden covered sun terrace at the entrance of the apartment.
There are facilities such as mini fridge, electric stove, hair dryer, a large modern sofa, single armchair, coffee table, balcony table and chairs, dressing table, free hygiene materials, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
