Offering spacious 3 bedroomed accommodation for up to 6 guests, Villa Acacia is situated on a quiet tree lined road on the LaVanta development just a short drive from the centre of Kalkan’s historic old town.
From its peaceful setting perched on a hillside just above Kalkan the views of Kalkan, Kalamar and the islands are truly stunning. Villa Acacia has sea views to the front and a backdrop of spectacular mountains to the rear making it a really special setting.
As with all the properties at LaVanta, the villa has private parking adjacent to the entrance. It is set in a small but beautifully landscaped and well kept garden. There is a small swimming pool with sunbeds and a covered terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining.
You enter Villa Acacia at mid level into a hallway with an impressive vaulted ceiling. Downstairs is a spacious open plan living and dining area, separated from the fully fitted kitchen by a useful breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. There is a utility area housing the washing machine and a downstairs shower room and toilet. There are two sets of french doors from which you can access the pool and terrace.
Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has a private balcony and sea views. There is a generously sized twin bedroom and a second double which share the family bathroom.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers a great value family holiday.
All guests to Villa Acacia have full access to the communal facilities at LaVanta, including the 25 metre infinity pool which is truly blessed with the best views in Kalkan. There is an on site cafe bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and a wide range of cocktails….perfect for those nights you don’t want to go into town.

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
