It has its own private pool with nice view of the Kalkan Bay and Harbour and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water of the Kalkan Bay and amazing Mediterranean sunset. It is very closely located to the sea, just few minutes of walking to the Kalkan Beach Club and Villa Mahal Beach.
The villa is reached by many steps, so this property will not be suitable to someone with walking difficulties.
The best part of the villa is the recently refurbished terrace area which is now offering, an outdoor bar, a large jacuzzi, sitting spaces in the rooftop to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water of the Kalkan Bay and amazing Mediterranean sunset.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
