Description
Villa Aura F, our villa with a sea view is located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. It has 3 bedrooms and provides accommodation for up to 6 people. You can increase the accommodation capacity up to 12 people by renting Villa Aura F together with its other sister villa Villa Aura E.
Outside:
Villa Aura F has a large garden and pool terrace. There is a seating group, sun lounger, parasol, swing on the pool and garden terrace, and with its sea views. There is a parking lot for our guests’ vehicles in our villa.
The pool size is 8m x 4m x 1.5m.
Kitchen: There are many kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinner sets in the American kitchen with modern lines.
Living Room: In the very comfortable living room, you can access amenities such as a TV, coffee table, air conditioning, along with a luxurious seating group. There is also an exit to the pool terrace.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
