Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen with sea and nature views. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, pots and pans, dinner set for 8 people, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor.
2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.
3rd Bedroom: This is a young bedroom and has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bathroom and a toilet.
4th Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.
5th Bedroom: This is a young bedroom and has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a dressing table.
6th Bedroom: There is 1 single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table.
Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and the living room.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden, measuring 8.5 m x 4 m and 1.6 m deep .
Garden: The villa’s large garden includes a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table, chairs and barbecue.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
