Villa Ece is located in the Kızıltaş area, one of the uniquely beautiful centres of Kalkan. The villa with 3 bedrooms, can accommodate 6 people. The rooms have a sea view and you can watch the blue and red of the sky. It is decorated with modern, stylish and comfortable items. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi.
On the ground floor is:
Living Room: In this very comfortable living room, you can access amenities such as a TV, coffee table and air conditioning, along with a luxurious seating group. It also has an exit to the pool terrace.
Kitchen: There is an American kitchen with modern lines. Everything you need is at your fingertips in this kitchen. You can easily reach many kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and dinner sets.
On the first floor is:
Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, Jacuzzi bath, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 3: There are two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and toilet.
Outside is the pool terrace, pool (7m x 3.5m x 1.5m), outside seating, sun loungers and parasol.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
