Villa Emily, a modern, contemporary 5 bedroomed villa, in a great location with spectacular sea views, being only a 10 minute walk from the Kalkan Old Town and harbour. This spacious villa, set over 4 floors, is perfect for large families, or two families, or a group of friends to holiday together. The villa has a charming garden at the front and off road parking for one car.
The location of this villa is perfect for getting to the Old Town and the harbour, with an easy (and relatively flat) 10 minute walk to all that Kalkan has to offer.
The ground floor level has an open plan modern kitchen with extensive units, a breakfast bar and dining table with seating for 6 guests, there are patio doors which open onto a balcony with bean bags, a perfect chilling area with great sea views. The kitchen has all the conveniences you would expect; oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric Turkish ҫay maker and a chilled water dispenser.
The open plan lounge area has comfortable seating with a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. With your account password, you can access Netflix, Disney or Prime. There are sliding doors from the lounge area which take you out on to a large balcony area, which has comfortable rattan furniture from which to relax and enjoy the views at any time of the day or evening. There are outside steps leading down from this balcony to the pool and terrace area.
The lower floor that has 3 bedrooms all of which are ensuite. Bedroom 1 (master) has a king size bed and an ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with an ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors which open onto the pool and the terrace. Bedroom 3 is accessed from the pool terrace and has a double bed with ensuite walk-in shower bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both ensuite. Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed and an ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. Bedroom 5 has twin single beds with an ensuite walk-in shower bathroom. Both these bedrooms have patio doors leading onto balconies, with a table and two chairs on each from which you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views of Kalkan Bay and the harbour.
On the top level there is a large spacious roof terrace that has comfortable seating, a parasol and an “egg” seat. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner whilst you take in the panoramic sea views of Kalkan and the Bay. In addition there is a pergola and plunge/spa pool on the roof terrace.
Outside, by the private pool, there is a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols together with a dining table and seating for 10 guests. There is an outside kitchen with a fridge, for keeping your wine and Efes chilled by the pool! There is also a BBQ. The pool is a constant depth of 1.7 metres.
All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and hairdryers and all rooms have air conditioning. On the lower level there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The villa has wifi and two safe deposit boxes.
Guests staying with Truffle at Villa Emily will be provided with Truffle’s signature products: Cotton sheets, towels (including beach towels) and Truffle bath robes. Also a Welcome Hamper consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, fruit juice, milk, bread, eggs, butter and jam.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. “Great Location, Modern and Clean with Fabulous Views” Located with easy walk to the many restaurants and bars which Kalkan offer, peaceful location with fabulous views from the balconies and roof top, large pool and seating areas. Accommodation is well presented, modern and clean, all bedrooms have en-suite and are of a good size.
“Excellent location, excellent villa,excellent views, just perfect!” This is the villa to stay at. Location is brilliant with a gentle 10 minute walk to the old town harbour area. Loads of really good restaurants and comfortable bars, cafes etc to just drink, chat and watch the world go by! A very laid back part of the world. Villa Emily is just perfect and the views are to die for. Highly recommend an evening in with a glass of wine and just watch the sun go down from the roof terrace. Well furnished and decorated to a high standard with air conditioning and private pool. All the amenities you need are just around the corner within easy reach, 5-10 minute walk. Try out the BBQ evening at the close by regency hotel (dancing waiters to add comical quality to the evening), great steaks at the harbour front Doy Doy restaurant or lunch at salt and pepper terrace restaurant. Aubergine is a fabulous fish restaurant on the harbour front. A boat trip along the coast is a must. Just for the sheer pleasure of wasting a whole day being lazy, drinking the odd glass of wine and eating some quality fresh food.
Do not miss out on a full Turkish bath. Do this early into your holiday to get you ready for relaxing and recuperating!

“Excellent” Great villa, great location, supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk from the old town, would use Truffles again. 
“The perfect retreat, high class, stunning views, amazing location” After weeks of researching the perfect villa online for a number of weeks, I am so pleased that we settled for Villa Emily in Kalkan. The resort is traditional, clean, friendly and nicely located to allow for day trips to some amazing beaches, boat trips and the famous gorge.The villa is located on the right of the main beach and is a gentle 7/8 minute walk into the harbour and main restaurant area of the Villiage. Kalkan is set on a hillside which means you do have to walk up, however the location of this villa means you can gently walk up the zig zag streets when in the town and the take a flatter route back to the villa than the down ward slope on the way into town.
The villa itself is simply stunning. It's more expensive that some villas available to rent, however on arrival you'll immediently see why. The size, location and finish is of a very high standard and the pool and roof top lounge area with views of the bay are out of this world.
With air con throughout, balconies on all levels and ongoing friendly management, you'll not find anywhere better for your money.
“Absolutely delighted with Villa Emily - perfect position” Myself, my husband, daughter, her boyfriend and our 12 year old son stayed at Villa Emily for 2 weeks in July. So glad we chose villa Emily - amazing contemporary villa - comfy beds, well equipped, fantastic roof terrace overlooking Kalkan. The sheets were changed & villa cleaned well, towel changes were more regular. The only downside would be for someone with mobility issues as the villa was over 4 floors but for our family it was perfect. If I had one crib it was that the pool didnt have a shallow end - again not an issue for us as we all swim. I't was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the harbour (I specifically tried to book a villa that wasn't miles away from the harbour & old town & this was perfect) Kalkan is very hilly & you can't avoid hills in the old town but again as we pottered around the shops & into bars (I'd recommend Black & Gold & Botanic Garden) & restaurants the hills were manageable. We took a taxi back to the villa from the main taxi rank 10 TL (£2.50) We booked the villa via Truffle Properties & after booking private villas for years I can safely say they are an excellent, professional & extremely helpful company to deal with - Mel & Nigel arranged the transfers - the vehicles were fairly new & the drivers safe. Mel also arranged a taxi to & from Patara beach a couple of days. We usually don't go back to the same place twice but we will definitely visit Kalkan again - it was great for our family of different ages & requirements - we will also book via Truffle & stay in Villa Emily. 10 out of 10 - a fantastic time ... 
“Perfect location, everything you need!” Thanks to Christine and James for letting us stay in Villa Emily. After arriving in Kalkan around 11pm, after a full day travelling, the amazing welcome pack was much appreciated. I’ve stayed in many Kalkan villas where you arrive to not even a bottle of water. To have bread, olives, cheese and drinks was really touching and started things off on the right foot!Those of you that know Kalkan know that hills are everywhere and getting into town and home again can mean long sweaty walks or taxis. The location of this was perfect to avoid both of those. This villa will suit families with children, people less mobile and those of you that just want a great location and stunning sea views.
The pool was also really warm, considering it was fairly early in the season. The new rooftop plunge pool a bonus for sundowners and all rooms nicely sized with en suites.
Can’t wait to go back!

“Ms ” Perfectly situated in a perfect place. High enough on the hillside to have stunning views but within a short walk to the harbour and restaurants/shops Villa Emily did us proud. A pool, many balconies and a rooftop maximised the sun and the stunning view and so close to Hotel Lykia and The Regency we could use their beautiful terraces easily too. Kalkan is a gem and Villa Emily is the place to stay to experience it.
