Description
Villa Iskender is a spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa, and is situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan which has been finished and equipped to an extremely high standard. It offers privacy to all guests in its secluded gardens and pool area. It is ideal for large family groups or friends looking to share accommodation.
The ground floor has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The recently modernised kitchen is extremely well equipped. The living room has comfortable seating with an extensive library of DVD’s and board games.
The first of the five bedrooms is located on the ground floor. There is a king sized bed and en-suite shower room.
On the first floor are three bedrooms – one super king and two twin bedrooms with balconies.
On the upper floor is a super king sized bedroom and bathroom.
From the upper floor you can access the roof terrace for full on sunshine and spectacular views of Kalkan and the sea. There is an Ottoman seating area making it the perfect place to socialise with friends.
Outside there is a large terrace with plenty of comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a morning coffee. There is a shaded dining area which seats up to 12 guests. The gardens extend to the side of the property where there is a stone built BBQ and yet more seating – the perfect place to chill and catch up on the latest best seller. Table football and table tennis are provided also.
The pool is in a lower level and is very private indeed. The pool is a good size and sun beds and parasols are provided.
The villa has been stylishly furnished throughout and is fully air conditioned – it really is a ‘home from home’.

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
