Villa Kayra, located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, displays Kalkan’s unique sea view, offers you a unique holiday experience with its spacious living area, modern design and comfortable rooms.
Villa Kayra, which has 6 ensuite bedrooms all overlooking the sea, has been designed with the comfort of large families and groups of friends in mind.
The villa, where you will definitely feel quality and comfort, will make you feel very special with its interior and exterior architecture, living area size, first-class materials and the elegance of the materials used. Thanks to the central location of the villa, it is possible to easily reach restaurants, markets, the city center and various activities. The villa is protected by a security system.
Kitchen: Designed in an American style, the kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 10 people, spoon and fork set and glasses.
BEDROOMS:
1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and bathroom-WC.
2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV, bedside table and dressing table.
3rd Bedroom: There is 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and bathroom-WC.
4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside table and bathroom-WC.
5th Bedroom: There is 1 double king size bed, LCD TV, private jacuzzi, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom-WC.
6th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom-WC.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and a balcony with sea views.
Pool : There is a jet stream system pool and a children ‘s pool. Pool dimensions are 12 m X 5 m, Depth: 1.60 m. Garden and pool maintenance is done by the staff once a day.
Garden: There is a pool, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas, bar and dining table in the villa garden.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
