Description
Villa Kite is a 2 bedroomed villa, newly completed in 2021, on the prestigious LaVanta development. LaVanta is located above the D400 around 1/2 kilometer from the center of Kalkan. Being on a elevated position, there are fantastic views of both Kalkan and Kalamar bays. LaVanta has a large communal pool and club house/bar.
Ground Floor:
The open plan living area is light and airy with full length patio doors leading onto the pool terrace. There is a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
First Floor:
Master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and a balcony.
Second bedroom with twin single beds with an en-suite bathroom and a juliet balcony.
Outside:
The pool terrace has a large poolside cabana and sunbeds. Outside dining for 4 guests. Table tennis table and table football.

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
