Description

Villa Merlot is a modern, contemporary, luxury 5 bedroomed villa, sleeping up to 10 guests, built in 2020. It is adjacent to Villas Dry White and Blush. It is located in Ortaalan, just above the Kalamar Road.

 Lower ground floor: 

Bedroom 1 & 2 – On the lower ground floor guests will find two out of the villas five bedrooms. The first is the master double bedroom complete with a Jacuzzi bath, dressing room and en-suite shower room. There is also one of the twin bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and shared garden/terrace.

Further along the corridor you will find a utility room and a garage/games room including a pool table and table tennis. Please note that there are no sea views on this level.

 Ground floor:

The ground floor is open plan, with a fitted kitchen equipped for self catering, dining area for up to 10 guests and living space complete with a L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV. Large, glass sliding doors open out onto the pool and terrace space.

Bedroom 3 – Guests will also find the second twin bedroom on this floor with an en-suite shower room.

There is also a separate W/C on this floor.

 First floor: 

Bedrooms 4 & 5 – Two further double bedrooms are located on the first floor. They each have an en-suite shower room and furnished balconies with sea views.

 Outdoor area:

The terrace is well furnished and provides plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy the sun and views. There are 10 sun loungers and 3 sun parasols, as well as a dining table under a pergola and two large rattan seating areas and a coal BBQ. You will also find the swimming pool here which is accessible by ladder. The pool dimensions are 9 metres x 4 metres x 1.8 metres deep.

This Villa has a preferred Monday changeover day, however we are able to be more flexible on occasion.
