Villa Nova, a 4 bedroomed luxury villa, is located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan and is within walking distance to the center of Kalkan.
Villa Nova has been designed with a brand new architectural concept and everything has been considered for you to have a pleasant holiday with your family and friends. Thanks to its central location, it provides easy access to the beach, market and city center. In addition to the private pool, Villa Nova also offers you a unique villa holiday experience with its Turkish bath, sauna, billiards and table tennis facilities.
Kitchen: Villa Nova has a modern American kitchen with sea and nature views. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, pots and pans, dinnerware for 8 people, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses.
BEDROOMS:
1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor.
2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.
3rd Bedroom: It is a young bedroom and has 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.
4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is located on the attic floor and the large terrace and bar are also on this floor.
Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and the living room.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden, measuring 8.5 m x 4 m and 1.45 m deep .
Garden: The villa’s large garden includes a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table, chairs and barbecue.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
