Villa Sarnıç is a luxury rental villa with 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan.
Our villa, which has the famous view of Kalkan Bay, has been carefully decorated for you to have a comfortable and peaceful holiday. There is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms of our villa where you can relax and get away from the tiredness and stress of daily life. There is also a pergola in the large garden with a private pool. A pleasant holiday awaits you in this villa, which is the choice of crowded families and groups of friends.
Kitchen: The spacious and wide-use American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dinner set for 8 people, pans, pots and cutlery.
Living Room: The living room, which overlooks the famous sea view of Kalkan, has a simple and comfortable seating area, satellite TV (LCD), DVD player, fireplace, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people and a toilet and bathroom. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace via large sliding glass doors.
1st Bedroom: The suite double bedroom with sea view has a double bed, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe and air conditioning. This room has a private bathroom with jacuzzi. There are chairs on the balcony of the room, accompanying the nature and sea views.
2nd Bedroom: The suite double bedroom with sea view has a double bed, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom. There are chairs on the balcony of the room, accompanying the nature and sea views.
3rd Bedroom: The suite twin bedroom with sea view has two single beds, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom. There are chairs accompanying the nature and sea views from the terrace of the room.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
