Outside Villa Sura
You will love spending lazy summer days on the well-appointed pool terrace which sits to the front of the main living area. The patio sweeps across the front of the building and is furnished with plush sun loungers, outdoor seating group, pear swing and alfresco dining area with large BBQ. At the center of the terrace is a large infinity pool with integrated shallow end.
Lower Ground Floor
Two new double bedrooms are located here and are found below the pool with a shared shower room. There is also a splendid massage room and sauna on this level.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor you will discover a spacious open plan living area which is made up of an ultra-modern fitted kitchen, indoor dining area and living room. This space is perfectly comfortable and air conditioned so you can cool off the heat of the day. The kitchen is complete with centre island and integrated hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and water cooler. You can relax on the comfortable L shaped sofa in the lounge which also has a flat screen TV for entertainment.
First Floor
Three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. They are conveniently arranged as two doubles and a twin. Each room is fitted with ample wardrobe space and have private en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Unwind on the private furnished balconies that sit to the front of each bedroom and display incredible sea views.
Second Floor
The master bedroom occupies the second floor. This is a bright and airy double with en-suite bathroom that opens out onto an elevated roof terrace with a bar and a jacuzzi spa bath.

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
