Description
Villa Venue is a 3 bedroomed villa on the prestigious LaVanta development. LaVanta is located above the D400 around 1/2 kilometer from the center of Kalkan. Being on a elevated position, there are fantastic views of both Kalkan and Kalamar bays. LaVanta has a large communal pool and club house/bar.
Ground Floor:
The open plan living area is light and airy with full length patio doors leading onto the pool terrace. There is a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen. Dining area for 6 guests. Cloakroom/WC and laundry room.
First Floor:
First bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom with double bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Third bedroom with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom
Outside:
The pool terrace has a private pool with outside seating and sunbeds. Table tennis table and table football.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
