Zara is a two bedroomed duplex apartment arranged over two floors, on the second and third (top) floor with roof terrace. This apartment is also adjacent to the lovely communal pool and terrace, which is just a few steps away.
The entrance door of the apartment leads into an open-plan room which comprises the kitchen and lounge, from which patio doors then open onto the balcony which has a dining table and chairs for 4 guests.
The fully fitted kitchen features travertine worktops and integrated appliances including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood, microwave and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable corner seating area, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and an MP3 docking station with speakers. WiFi internet access is available.
There is a twin bedroom on this floor which has built in wardrobes, dressing table and bedside table. There is a house bathroom on this level with shower.
Upstairs there is a large king size bedroom with an ensuite shower room, built-in wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets and flat screen TV. The main bedroom has a patio door which leads out onto a lovely roof terrace with loungers, parasol and comfortable seating area. There are partial sea views from the roof terrace.
The apartment is neutrally decorated with cool travertine tiling throughout.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout.
Other facilities in the apartment include safety deposit box, satellite TV with english speaking channels, DVD player, iPod player, WiFi internet access and hairdryers. Towels and beach towels are also provided.

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
