A fantastic apartment, beautiful decorated and in a great location right next to the old town. We booked last minute and the service we received was excellent as always. Would highly recommend booking with Truffle.

Have visited Kalkan many times over the past 5 years, and have always stayed in Hotels, however this time thought we would try something different, and what a pleasant surprise.
The apartments are fantastic, well kept and maintained, and in such a good location. Our Seville Devine apartment did not lack one thing, and the welcome pack on arrival was such perfect to instantly relax and not have to run out for provisions.
Nigel was a perfect host, he met us and explained everything, and was hands on throughout our stay.
Would highly recommend the apartments and would definitely re visit.

This is the villa to stay at. Location is brilliant with a gentle 10 minute walk to the old town harbour area. Loads of really good restaurants and comfortable bars, cafes etc to just drink, chat and watch the world go by! A very laid back part of the world.
Villa Emily is just perfect and the views are to die for. Highly recommend an evening in with a glass of wine and just watch the sun go down from the roof terrace. Well furnished and decorated to a high standard with air conditioning and private pool. All the amenities you need are just around the corner within easy reach, 5-10 minute walk. Try out the BBQ evening at the close by regency hotel (dancing waiters to add comical quality to the evening), great steaks at the harbour front Doy Doy restaurant or lunch at salt and pepper terrace restaurant. Aubergine is a fabulous fish restaurant on the harbour front. A boat trip along the coast is a must. Just for the sheer pleasure of wasting a whole day being lazy, drinking the odd glass of wine and eating some quality fresh food.
Do not miss out on a full Turkish bath. Do this early into your holiday to get you ready for relaxing and recuperating!
This is a classy villa, in a classy resort for the discerning traveller. Enjoy!

Kalkan is a lovely place, and we have stayed there several times, mostly at Truffle. Central, clean. comfortable, stunning views from the balconies. We will be back!

We stayed in Mellow Mocha for 2 weeks at end of Sept/start of Oct 2017. After spending many hours researching different apartments we decided Mellow Mocha was the one for us…and we weren’t disappointed when we got there.
The apartment is a duplex, in a block of 5. Downstairs is an open plan living room and kitchen, with a breakfast bar in between. Also a downstairs toilet. There was a washing machine, however we didn’t actually make use of it.
Upstairs is a large double room, with a four-poster bed and ensuite with shower & toilet. It also has a balcony, with a table & chairs which overlooks pool and a view of the sea. We enjoyed sitting here in the evening with a glass of wine watching the sun setting and bats flying around. There is a good sized twin bedroom at the back, also with an ensuite. All the bathrooms were clean and modern. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided for guests to use.
There is a good sized communal pool, and you can also use the pool in the hotel next door, which is huge. There are plenty of loungers and brollies, but to be honest we rarely saw the other guests, so pretty much had the pool to ourselves. There’s a bbq area, which we didn’t use but is available for guests. Towels for using round the pool (and others for using in the bathroom) come with the apartment and are regularly changed. There was air con in the bedrooms and downstairs in the open plan living area.
The owner was great at responding to any queries we had whilst booking. Had a minor issue with TV whilst there, but this was sorted in a couple of hours…great service.
Kalkan is built on a hill, so this apartment is well located, not too far out, but also not too close to any late night venues with loud music. There are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, most serving traditional Turkish food. Our favourites were Baharat (in the centre of the old town), amazing food, great staff and the do lots of cooking at the table with flaming pots, amongst other exciting things. Our other favourite was Suleymans (just up from Migros supermarket). It doesn’t look much, but lots of local Turkish people eat there, which is always a good sign. I had the chicken breast shish, it was amazing and only 15tl (not much more than £3). I think we could easily have stayed in Kalkan for 2 months and still not tried all the restaurants and bars.
Great apartment and location. We’ll be back!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in Kalkan at a Truffle residence and as usual we were very well looked after by Nigel, the accommodation had every amenity we required and it felt like we had a private pool the majority of the time. The only personal downside was that I like a soft mattress and they do tend to be a bit on the hard side, but that is a personal preference and wouldn’t put me off. Location is very central to all of the lovely restaurant available in the old town — we will be back.
