Asfiya Apartments is a development of 12 apartments and some commercial units (on ground floor) converted in 3 buildings on the site of the old Asfiya Hotel on Kalamar Road. 4 of the apartments are now newly available for holiday rental in 2023. To the side and rear of the development, Studios at Asfiya will be completed in the 2022/23 winter. These will comprise up to 24, new 1 bedroom apartments and studios.

Asfiya Apartments has a large communal pool and extensive outside pool terrace space for sun bathing. Beneath the development is a Migros Store, to satisfy all your self-catering needs.

Disuha is a 3 bedroomed (all ensuite) duplex apartment on the second floor and roof terrace of the “Blue Building”.

It comprises:

On the lower floor are 2 bedrooms (one with double beds and a balcony; and one with twin single beds), both with ensuite shower rooms.

Internal stairs lead up to the roof terrace level where there is an open-plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen area, with outside balconies with seating. A master bedroom (double bed) with an ensuite shower room and balcony.

 

Note: Guests staying in Disuha can enjoy the facilities at Yali Beach Club at half price (excluding food and drinks).

A £300.00 re apartment or townhouse reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe (link on Home page). The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. We have cots, highchairs and stairgates available for hire. We can arrange private airport transfers and car hire on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
