Description
Villa Aura A is one of a pair of modern, 3 bedroomed villas located overlooking fantastic views of Kalamar bay.
Outside is a pool terrace, with sun loungers and parasols, and a sunken seating area. Casual seating and a dining table and chairs are provided for alfresco dining. In addition there is a plunge pool for sunbathing.
On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with an ajoining cloakroom. A wide screen TV is provided.
On the first floor are 2 ensuite double bedrooms.
On the top level is a further ensuite double bedroom with a balcony.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
