Villa Bliss 74, newly built, is located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan. With 4 ensuite bedrooms and 8 person capacity to accommodate, Villa Bliss 74 has a simple and elegant interior design as well as plenty of outdoor living space and a wide outdoor pool.
The outdoor pool is salt-water pool with a shallow end, so suitable for the kids as well. The elevated position of the villa grants amazing views of the Kalkan Bay from all floors including the pool terrace (poolside views are partially obstructed) and uninterrupted sunlight all day long during every season. The bedrooms in the upper floors also have jacuzzis with sea views.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, satellite TV, Netflix, air conditioner, coffee table. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
