Description
Villa Panorama 1 is a five bedroom villa located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. The villa is a 20 minute walk into Kalkan and offers fantastic views of Kalkan Bay and the surrounding mountains.
The villa is laid out over 4 floors. On the ground floor there is a large lounge, kitchen and dining area with access to the pool and terrace.
Over the upper three floors are the ensuite bedrooms and on the roof there is also a lovely terrace with seating to make the most of those sunsets or sunrises.
The bedrooms comprise 3 x double beds, 1 x twin single beds, and on the top floor is a single bed.
Outside there is a large pool terrace with sun loungers, parasols, comfortable seating and two different al fresco dining areas. A BBQ is provided.
The salt water pool has an infinity edge. There is also a separate jacuzzi pool and both the pool and jacuzzi which can be heated for an extra charge.

Booking Terms and Contitions

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by bank transfer or by Stripe. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
